By accessing or using the metaoasis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. metaoasis reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade digital assets in your country of residence to open a metaoasis account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your legal responsibility.

metaoasis is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials or enable two-factor authentication.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and interface designs on the metaoasis platform are the exclusive intellectual property of metaoasis and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

metaoasis provides trading services on an as-is basis. The platform does not guarantee profits or the availability of specific asset pairs at any given time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, metaoasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

metaoasis integrates third-party services including payment processors and custody providers. These third parties operate under their own terms, and metaoasis is not responsible for their conduct.

Security Obligations

metaoasis employs industry-standard security measures including cold storage, encryption, and regular audits. Users are required to enable 2FA to access withdrawal functions.

Your Rights

You have the right to close your metaoasis account and withdraw your funds at any time, subject to completion of any pending transactions and compliance with AML checks.

Changes to Terms

metaoasis will notify registered users of material changes to these terms by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
